选用晋薯2号、内薯3号、紫花白3个品种为材料,对马铃薯生育期间叶片内源GA3、IAA、CTK、ABA的含量变化与块茎产量形成的相互关系进行了研究。结果表明:不同生育时期ABA含量与块茎产量呈极显著的正相关,GA3/ABA、IAA/ABA、CTK/ABA3个比值变化与块茎产量和产量增长速率呈负相关。在块茎形成期ABA含量低,GA3/ABA、IAA/ABA、CTK/ABA比值大,淀粉积累期IAA含量高,ABA含量高的品种,块茎产量高、产量增长速率块、产量形成早。
Abstract:The relationship of potato tuber yield with endogenous hormones in leaves of Potato varieties ‘Jinshu 2’,‘Neishu 3’and‘Zihuabai’was studied . The results showed: the tuber yield was positively correlated with the content of ABA in the leaves and negatively correlated with ratios of GA3/ABA,IAA/ABA and CTK/ABAThe variety with a high ABA content in leaves, high GA3/ABA, IAA/ABA CTK/ABA ratios of leaf in tuber formation stage, and high IAA and ABA contents in leaves in starch accumulation stage, had an early tuber formation, a high yield increase rate and high yield.
